If you are just starting your career transition process, you need to start with some foundational building blocks before you can really hit the ground running. One of those is updating your resume and other public profiles (LinkedIn) to reflect the skills and experience you have, but in a language and format that matters to your new target audience (aka hiring managers and other professionals you are trying to network with). This package will start with a fundamental review of your goals and timeline, your existing materials (to include fitreps or other promotional materials) and several rounds of reviews. You will leave with a well crafter 1-page resume and a LinkedIn profile that civilians can understand, that speaks to your skills and experiences and aligns with your target career goals.
