I'm Wendy – I am currently based in NYC. I went to USC for undergrad and I joined Moelis after graduation where I spent three years both as an Analyst and Associate where I closed six M&A transactions. After Moelis, I joined Silver Lake in their New York office as an Associate on their Investment Team and worked on multi-billion dollar transactions and portfolio companies across a variety of sectors including internet, healthcare IT, semiconductors and software. I bring firsthand experience from both sides of the table — working in the field and recruiting, including securing multiple offers. That perspective shapes how I approach every session. Great preparation goes beyond a polished resume, it's about showing up with confidence, a compelling story, and the ability to make your case with clarity.
