About Vidhan
I'm a deferred admit to Harvard Business School's 2+2 program and currently building my startup Dr. Brinsley during my deferment period. We make high-performance footwear for people with diabetes and our range is recommended across ~50 hospitals and clinics. Before starting my company, I was at Northeastern University on a full scholarship where I also worked at Pillar VC, a $400mn seed-stage fund founded by 30 of Boston's unicorn CEOs and was investing in AI/ML, Synthetic Biology, Quantum Computing and more. Since my undergrad, I've been mentoring and coaching students to help them uncover their stories and portray them in ways that get AdComs excited! I have strong experience in early whiteboarding, college selection, resume prep, essay writing and test prep. As an international student and a startup founder, I have experience crafting up non-traditional applications.
Why do I coach?
I am passionate about coaching because I believe that everyone has the potential to achieve their goals, but sometimes they need a helping hand to get there. Coaching allows me to use my expertise, experience, and skills to support and guide individuals as they work towards achieving their dreams. I have a deep understanding of the deferred MBA application process, and I know how overwhelming it can be. I coach because I want to help clients navigate this complex process with confidence and ease. I find great satisfaction in seeing my clients succeed, knowing that I played a small part in their success. I also enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, and coaching allows me to connect with individuals from all over the world who are pursuing a common goal. I believe that coaching is not just about achieving a specific outcome, but also about personal growth, self-awareness, and skill development. Ultimately, coaching matters to me because I want to help individuals unlock their full potential, achieve their goals, and live fulfilling lives. I believe that coaching is a powerful tool for personal and professional development, and I am honored to be a part of my clients' journeys.
