About Vedran
Coming from Croatia, I built my path through discipline, self-study, and resilience. From escaping my country to study abroad in the Netherlands, to becoming a strategy consultant at MBB, to working at UN, to doing an MBA at a top school. I do not know what is coming next, but I do know that whatever it ends up being, I never want to stop giving back. I have extensive experience with tutoring at my home town university, as well as training fresh consultants at my previous job. Now I am expanding my services to GRE coaching as well. Helping others grow is what I promised myself I would commit to if I ever become successful and found my way out of a constrained environment.
Why do I coach?
Coaching matters to me for one simple reason - I believe in the importance of giving back. The way we all grow the most is through collaboration and sharing of ideas. It is not about mastering concepts, but about overcoming self-doubt and uncertainty in the face of adversity. What made the biggest difference for me was not just studying harder, but studying smarter: engaging with others, having structure, clarity, and someone who understood the challenges I was facing. I want to be that person for you. My goal isn't just to help you solve problems, but to help you build confidence, develop a clear strategy, and feel in control of your preparation. Remember, I have been in your shoes, and so I know how it is to be on the other side!
