About Tushar
I’m an AI/ML engineer building agentic systems and GenAI applications in production — currently a Lead AI/ML Engineer at Optum Global Solutions (UnitedHealth Group), based in Bangalore. My day-to-day involves designing multi-agent architectures with LangGraph, working with vector databases, and figuring out how to take GenAI ideas from whiteboard to something that actually holds up at scale. I didn’t get here by following a straight line — like most people in AI, I’ve had to teach myself as the field moved, chase down the right frameworks, and learn what actually works versus what just sounds good in a system design doc. That’s exactly the kind of guidance I want to offer: practical, no-fluff coaching for people trying to break into or grow in AI/ML roles, especially around technical interviews, system design for ML/agentic systems, and career positioning in a space that’s evolving fast. Why do I coach?
I’ve learned the most from mentors who explained the “why” behind decisions, not just the “what” — and that made all the difference in my growth. AI/ML moves fast, and a lot of people feel like they’re playing catch-up. I coach to close that gap: cutting through the noise so others can move faster than I did.
