Tribeni’s Leadership Coaching Qualifications
Coaches professionally
Experience level: Director
Tribeni Chougule is an executive and leadership coach, organisational consultant, and founder of Kinspace. She helps experienced professionals and leaders strengthen their executive presence, communicate with greater impact, navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, and lead with clarity and confidence. Her coaching is particularly valuable for people who are stepping into greater responsibility, seeking increased visibility and influence, navigating career or leadership transitions, or finding that their expertise is not translating into the recognition and impact they want. Tribeni brings 25 years of experience across technology and global financial services, including senior leadership roles at Visa spanning organisational change, strategy, sustainability and inclusive impact. This enables her to understand the realities of leading within complex organisations, including power dynamics, competing priorities, organisational politics and the challenge of influencing without always having formal authority. Her approach combines strategic thinking, behavioural insight and practical experimentation. She supports clients to understand the patterns shaping their leadership, test new ways of communicating and influencing, and turn insight into sustained action. Her work may include executive presence, negotiation, storytelling, stakeholder management, confidence, leadership identity, visibility and career progression. Tribeni holds an Executive MBA with Distinction from Warwick Business School and has undertaken postgraduate study in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School. She is an ICF-accredited coach, an EMCC Senior Practitioner, and a certified Hogan and Spotlight practitioner. She also serves as a Specialist Executive Coach with Warwick Business School. Her professional recognition includes TechWomen100, the Women in FinTech Powerlist, WeAreTheCity Rising Star, Highly Commended Mentor of the Year at the Women of the Future Awards, and the Top 100 Asian Stars in UK Tech. Why do I coach?
I first experienced coaching in 2014, and it became an important source of reflection and challenge throughout my corporate career. It helped me deepen my self-awareness, navigate complex leadership situations, complete an Executive MBA with Distinction while working through the disruption of the pandemic, and make a significant transition from corporate leadership into entrepreneurship. Having mentored professionals and emerging leaders for many years, I began incorporating coaching approaches into those conversations and saw how powerful it could be when people were given the space to think clearly, question established patterns and recognise their own strengths. That experience led me to train formally as a coach. Today, I coach because I know that capable people can still struggle to make their contribution visible, influence confidently, navigate organisational dynamics or decide what they want next. My role is to create a thoughtful and appropriately challenging space in which clients can understand what may be holding them back, broaden their choices and take purposeful action. I bring 25 years of experience across technology, financial services, organisational change, sustainability and inclusive leadership. I also draw on my lived experience as a woman of colour, a migrant and a neurodivergent leader who has built a career across different countries, cultures and professional environments. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to helping people lead in ways that are confident, authentic and aligned with who they are, while developing the presence, influence and practical strategies needed to succeed in complex organisations.
