About Tolu

I’m a first-generation college student who fulfilled her dream of studying biomedical engineering at Harvard. After starting my career in the sciences, I pivoted into business—earning my MBA from Harvard Business School—and along the way, I realized how much power there is in a story. Knowing who you are, what drives you, and how to communicate that clearly can change the trajectory of your life. That realization shaped not only my own journey—from undergrad to business school—but also my work helping others. As a Student Coordinator for Harvard’s Undergraduate Minority Recruitment Program, I supported hundreds of students navigating the uncertainty of applications, helping them clarify their stories and present their best selves. I know firsthand how messy the admissions process can feel, and I’m passionate about helping students cut through the noise with authenticity and confidence.
