About Tolulope
I began my career at Bain & Company, helping Fortune 500 healthcare clients solve strategic challenges before transitioning to lead global health initiatives with One World Surgery. I’ve coached dozens of students and professionals, many navigating career pivots or consulting interviews, by combining structure, empathy, and real-world insight. As a former Division I football player at Vanderbilt, I know what it means to perform under pressure and push through setbacks. My goal as a coach is simple: help you gain clarity, confidence, and direction as you navigate big career decisions and unlock your full potential.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I’ve seen how the right guidance can completely change someone’s path. Early in my career, mentors helped me navigate uncertainty, from being a first-generation college student and Division I athlete to landing at Bain & Company and later leading healthcare initiatives abroad. Those conversations gave me clarity, confidence, and belief in what was possible. Coaching is my way of paying that forward. I love helping others uncover their story, realize their potential, and make intentional choices—whether that’s breaking into consulting or redefining what success looks like for them.
