About Teodora
I’m currently an MBA candidate at London Business School, building on five years of experience at Deloitte, where I started in Audit before pivoting into Consulting. I’m now exploring a new path in the luxury and beauty industry, with a specific focus on branding and marketing. This summer, I’m interning at Santoni, where I’m working on digital marketing projects that are sharpening my understanding of consumer engagement and brand storytelling. My journey hasn’t been linear, and it hasn’t always been smooth. I’ve failed more times than I can count. But I truly believe that failure isn’t the end; it’s just part of learning how to move forward. Each challenge has helped me pivot, rethink my strategy, and get closer to where I want to be. Born in Serbia and raised in Chicago, I’ve always lived between cultures. That bicultural experience inspires my passion for creativity, identity, and personal expression, values I hope to bring to a future career in the beauty space, and ultimately to the fashion brand I’m building on the side. I admire bold, authentic creators like Tim Burton and Johnny Depp, and I try to live with that same unapologetic curiosity and drive. If there's one thing I’ve learned, it’s that growth doesn’t come from always getting it right, it comes from showing up, adapting, and refusing to give up.
Why do I coach?
I coach because it’s my way of giving back. I wouldn’t be where I am today without the mentors, sponsors, and candid advice I’ve received along the way. Whether I was navigating career pivots, pushing through self-doubt, or recovering from failures, there was always someone who offered guidance, and that support made all the difference. Coaching is about making that kind of support accessible to others. Everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, challenged, and encouraged, especially during transitions or when figuring out what’s next. I know how transformative it can be to have someone believe in you and help you get unstuck. That’s the kind of coach I aim to be: practical, honest, and committed to helping others move forward with clarity and confidence.
