About Taylor
I help people get jobs they didn't think they could get: my clients are now PMs and executives at Google, Meta, and Amazon, and I made that climb myself through a Wharton MBA, product leadership at the world's largest online travel company, and a run as CEO of a Series A startup. I have 3 aster's degrees, product and go-to-market leadership experience at startups and publicly traded consumer marketplaces, six semesters teaching graduate courses at NYU Stern, and operating work spanning dynamic pricing, affiliate programs, and new market launches. I grew up in a low-income family and was the first in my family to take this path, so I know how to break into rooms nobody prepared you for. Now I run my own businesses full time. I work with everyone from first-time PM candidates to executives, always on your live situation rather than generic frameworks: the interview next week, the stalled promotion, the offer on the table.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I enjoy seeing people unlock a new version of themselves. Not a slightly better résumé, a different self-concept: the person who walks into the interview believing they belong in the room. After years of friends, students, and colleagues coming to me before every big career move, I made it my job. My approach is different. I listen and I ask questions, but then I do what most coaches avoid: I give you a diagnosis and tell you exactly what I see. We talk through options, tradeoffs, and consequences, we decide what to do next, and then you go do it. Sports coach, not therapist. I pick up on the details: the impostor syndrome, the politics, the fear, the ambition. We go deep, and we laugh. Empathy with teeth.
