About Tanushka
I’m a coach with a background in strategy consulting at Bain & Company and will be starting my MBA at the Wharton School this year. The MBA journey has been a personal one—navigating the uncertainty, reflection, and effort it takes to apply during one of the most competitive admissions cycles in recent years. That experience reminded me how important it is to have support when you’re pushing toward something ambitious or uncertain. I now work with people going through their own moments of transition—career changes, leadership growth, or big decisions—and help them move forward with clarity and confidence. My coaching style is honest, practical, and shaped by both corporate experience and personal change. If you’re figuring out what’s next, I’d love to work with you.
