My experience as a Teaching Assistant for large classes has honed my ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively, a skill I leverage to help aspiring law students craft compelling applications. About Tanner
Hi! I love to learn and to teach. After growing up in Gilbert, Arizona, I served a mission for my church in hispanic communities in Minnesota. I then began school at BYU, where my wide range of interests led me to double major in economics and philosophy while getting minors in mathematics and business. Along the way I have volunteered as a tutor to high school students and worked as a teaching assistant for economics and finance classes at BYU. I love connecting with individuals, understanding where they want to go, and helping them get there. I graduated from BYU in the spring and will begin law school this fall at Harvard Law School, having also been admitted to other top law schools including UChicago, Columbia, Penn, Duke, and Northwestern. In between graduation and starting law school I would love to offer low-cost support to aspiring law school students on admissions and the LSAT.
Why do I coach?
I have benefited from great coaches, tutors, and mentors throughout my life. I love getting to know people and helping them overcome obstacles. I have extensive tutoring experience as well as lot of experience with the LSAT and law school applications. I want to put that knowledge to use helping prospective law students achieve their goals.

• Managed Multi-Asset Solutions within Global Investment Performance Standards Team, Controllers division • Led a group of 8 analysts to automate the OFVR process, saving VOG team 4+ hours at the busiest time each month

• Plan and execute educational presentations on the federal budget to 200-300 students each semester • Recognized out of 200 ambassadors for outstanding engagement and leadership during a semiannual retreat
