Description
Most job searches don't fail because of one big problem. They fail because of one or two small ones, and nobody ever points them out. Maybe it's a resume that buries the achievements that actually matter. Maybe it's a networking approach that gets you conversations but never referrals. Maybe it's how you're answering the first interview question. Whatever it is, it's usually fixable, and it's usually invisible to you because you're the one doing it. That's what the Job Search Diagnosis is for. In this 30-minute, one-on-one live session, you'll walk a coach through your entire job search so far: what you've applied to, how you've been networking, what your interviews have looked like, where things have stalled. The coach isn't there to give you generic advice. They're there to find the specific one or two things that are quietly working against you and tell you exactly what they are. You'll leave the session knowing precisely what's been holding your search back, why it's been happening, and what to do differently starting now.

As a certified professional coach (ACC) I derive joy from deeply connecting with individuals and helping them thrive professionally. I have 10 years of experience in people management, program management and management consulting. I have worked with people from dozens of different countries. My most recent corporate role was leading a team of over 100 in the Live Operations department at Glovo, a tech company based in Barcelona specializing in food delivery. My team was responsible for ensuring problem-solving for our customers, couriers, and partners (restaurants & stores) in Georgia and Armenia. My favorite aspects of the job were people management and coaching. In parallel, I taught Change Management at the #1 business school in Georgia and I loved it. Before Glovo I spent 4 years at Amazon between Seattle and London. As a go-to-market manager, I successfully launched Amazon's over 50 new devices with European retailers. I brought structure to a hectic launch preparation process and promoted accountability among team members. I managed stakeholders with conflicting interests to get them to focus on common goals and achieve them together. I also facilitated Customer Obsession 101 trainings to reinforce Amazon UK’s customer-centric culture and I loved it! I hold an MBA degree from Georgetown University, where I graduated in the top 8% of my class on a Fulbright scholarship. Before pursuing my MBA, I worked for nearly five years in management consulting where I honed my analytical, quick learning and presentation skills.
