About Suzie
Hi, I’m Suzie O’Carroll, an executive coach, facilitator, breathwork instructor and personal trainer. I support individuals through life's challenges, fostering personal transformation and deeper self-understanding. During my time at Google, Yahoo and as a high school teacher, I've had many “learnings" that have fueled my fascination with decision-making, navigating change, and interpersonal dynamics. I've explored how to support myself and others through stressful, tiring, demanding times. I've found that a few simple practices can result in a huge impact on resources when energy is running low and focus when stressed or anxious - and more importantly can unlock even more potential. I’m looking forward to sharing some of these with you!
Why do I coach?
I coach because I believe there is no limit to how we can uncover more about ourselves, how we can explore new ways of being. And, I don't have the answers .... but act as a mirror, as a partner in discovering what's possible. I support different paths and approaches - we can't always think our way into a new way of thinking, often we need to go beyond the cognitive layer.
