About Sukant
I’m Sukant, an Agentic AI Engineer at Accenture with previous experience at Microsoft and AVEVA. My journey started as an AI student at Royal Holloway, and since then I’ve worked across cloud, AI, automation, and real-world technology projects. I know how confusing it can feel trying to break into tech, especially when you’re a student or early in your career. That’s why I mentor people who want practical, honest guidance on AI, cloud, CVs, LinkedIn, interviews, projects, and career direction. My goal is to help you turn your interest in tech into a clear plan, build confidence, and take the next step towards the opportunities you want.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how overwhelming it can feel trying to break into tech, especially when you are a student or early in your career and unsure where to start. I have been in that position myself, trying to understand which skills matter, how to build the right projects, how to present myself, and how to get noticed by the right people. Along the way, I was lucky to learn from people who gave me guidance, feedback, and confidence when I needed it. That support helped me grow from an AI student into roles across Microsoft, AVEVA, and now Accenture/Avanade as an Agentic AI Engineer. Coaching matters to me because I want to give that same clarity back to others. I enjoy helping people cut through the confusion, build confidence, and create a practical plan for their career. Whether it is improving a CV, preparing for interviews, building AI projects, or understanding the tech industry, I want mentees to leave with clear next steps and the belief that they can genuinely progress.

I started as an Azure App and Innovation Technical Specialist in July 2023 and was thrilled to be promoted to Developer Audience Specialist in September 2023. Reporting directly to Amber Joyce and Santosh Takoor, I focused on driving awareness of developer tooling (GitHub, GitHub Copilot, Devbox) and Azure services (including OpenAI) across the UK, working alongside an incredible team of Developer Specialists. In this role, I had the privilege to: • Bridge the gap between GitHub and Microsoft UK, supporting platform migration and adoption. • Contribute to Microsoft Open Source, create GitHub Copilot cheat sheets, Jupyter notebooks, and craft content for 15+ hackathons. • Lead a hackathon and training session that enabled 200+ licenses in under a month. I was also involved as an AI Specialist in MSBUILD and MSIGNITE, where I showcased cutting-edge innovations and helped deliver impactful sessions on AI technologies.
