As a UCLA graduate and UCLA Anderson MBA, I have spent years mentoring students and early-career professionals as they navigate important academic and career decisions. My coaching focuses on helping students identify what makes them distinctive and communicate it with confidence throughout the college application process. About Stephen Jesus
My name is Stephen Jesus Mendoza and I am a UCLA Anderson alumni, Class of 2023. I was born and raised in Santa Ana, CA and am a proud product of the Santa Ana public school system. My experience growing up in a poor, underprivileged community motivated me to learn more about finance in hopes of providing my family with the financial stability I never had growing up. This passion brought me to UCLA for undergrad where I majored in Business Economics. After graduating from UCLA in December 2017, I began working for Wells Fargo in their Restaurant Finance division. In 2021, I started my MBA at UCLA Anderson to transition away from banking and into the fascinating world of Sports. Following my graduation from UCLA Anderson in June 2023, I began working at Nike as a Finance Manager in Nike’s Leadership Rotation Program in Beaverton, OR. In 2024, I began coaching prospective MBA candidates navigate the competitive landscape of business school admissions. With a rich background in career coaching and extensive industry experience, I have successfully guided numerous clients through pivotal career transitions and application processes. Let's chat!
