About Stephen
For me, my path to MBA and management consulting was all about finding an interesting problem to solve. When I was in undergrad, I didn't even know what consulting was until my senior year. What I did know is that I wanted to solve bigger problems, faster than what most careers had begun to offer. I interned in steel mills, at tech companies in the Bay, and in finance. But for me, there was always a desire to do more, and push harder. This continual striving pulled me from supply chain management, to tech, to my MBA, and then to McKinsey and Company.
Why do I coach?
The most powerful thing a person can do is to share their experiences. Neither of my parents graduated college, I felt as though I was missing some esoteric knowledge that many of my peers held. My goal for coaching is to share my learnings with people who want a peek behind the curtain and dont often have the same access, similar to how I did not.
