About Stephanie
I’m Stephanie Lewis, a national board-certified health & wellness coach and certified mindfulness and qigong instructor. I've worked as a managing attorney and health policy expert—experiences that gave me a deep understanding of both the rewards and the pressures of high-demand careers. After navigating burnout myself, I turned to mindfulness, meditation, and movement practices to restore balance and resilience. Today, I bring those tools to clients who want to thrive personally and professionally without sacrificing their well-being. My approach blends evidence-based coaching with accessible mindfulness practices, creating practical pathways to calm, clarity, and sustainable success.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know firsthand what it feels like to be successful on paper yet overwhelmed and depleted inside. Mindfulness and coaching helped me regain balance, health, and purpose—and I want others to have that same opportunity. Coaching matters to me because it’s not about quick fixes; it’s about helping people reconnect with their inner resources, shift unhelpful patterns, and create a life aligned with their values. Guiding clients to find steadiness, resilience, and fulfillment is both an honor and a joy.
