My career has covered a lot of ground fast. In the past three years I've worked across a non-profit, a tech startup, a fine art gallery, a water engineering firm, and a solar energy company, and before that I interned in the US Senate. Each transition was intentional, and each one taught me something different about how to get in the door without a traditional background for the role.
