I started my career navigating competitive environments myself, moving across countries, industries, and roles while figuring out how to position my background in a way that actually resonated with hiring teams. I’ve worked across finance, banking, and tech at Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, HSBC, and now Salesforce, and along the way I learned that success isn’t just about being qualified, it’s about knowing how to tell your story clearly and confidently. I’ve spent over six years in the industry and more than eight years mentoring students and early career professionals through college decisions, recruiting, and career transitions. Having sat on both sides of the table as a candidate, a hiring partner, and an interviewer, I know how overwhelming these processes can feel and what truly makes someone stand out. I love helping people find clarity, build confidence, and take control of their career paths. I coach because I know how confusing and overwhelming early career decisions can feel, especially when you’re trying to break into competitive industries without a clear playbook.
