My Journey I built my career from the ground up, starting with humble beginnings in Turkey where limited opportunities meant working twice as hard to achieve my goals. This drive led me to graduate as valedictorian from Turkey's top university, which opened doors to join Bain & Company as a management consultant and later earn admission to Harvard Business School. After completing my MBA, I made the pivotal decision to leave management consulting and launch my own venture. As a self-taught entrepreneur, I immersed myself in artificial intelligence, web development, product management, and digital marketing—skills that proved essential in scaling our business to $10M ARR within three years. Our Philosophy My approach centers on practical AI implementation rather than theoretical model development. We focus on deploying proven AI technologies—whether image processing, speech recognition, or text generation models—to solve real problems that create tangible value for users. Our methodology is built on rapid experimentation and learning. We test hypotheses quickly, learn from failures fast, and double down on what works. This approach has taught me that identifying what doesn't work is often more valuable than predicting what will succeed. Current Portfolio Today, we actively maintain five core applications: Transkriptor, Speaktor, Eskritor, AIPhotoMaster, and Geoptie. However, these represent our successes from testing many different concepts. This extensive experimentation has given me unique insights into market validation and product-market fit in the AI space.
