I’m a Whole Person Coach who believes growth happens when we connect the dots between career, relationships, wellbeing. I support people in transitions who are ready to quiet their inner critic, reclaim energy, and take bold steps toward a life and leadership they’re proud of. My path has taken me from volunteering with at-risk teens, to serving as a social worker in the military, and later leading as a c-suite Chief of Staff at Zoom and Strategist at Salesforce. With 15+ years of coaching, I’ve learned what it takes to face fear, break old patterns, and build a life of alignment and courage, not just in one area, but across life as a whole.
