- Managed the development and deployment of the Manufacturing and Lab Data Platforms and SCADA - for the current and future Cell, Battery, and Pack factories in Illinois and California.

- Responsible for hands-on design, and implementation of PLC & Ignition software. - Established software and electrical standards. - Integrated PLCs with MES systems to enable traceability of plants throughout the complete life cycle. - Designed industrial power and electrical cabinet layouts.

Electrical Controls Engineer

July 2017 - October 2018

- Optimized the Automatic Storage and Retrieval System on the Stator line to meet cycle time targets. - Developed code to report availability data for analysis and study across the Battery Module line. - Automated calculation of ratios for build plans at decision points on the Stator line. - Lead the deployment of change control software from all controllers and robots at the Gigafactory 1.
