Why do I coach?

I coach because I know how stressful and confusing these processes can be — and how life-changing they are when they go well. I remember wishing I had someone to talk through strategy, mindset, and storytelling with during my own journey, so now I try to be that person for others. Helping people reach their goals and see their potential clearly is one of the most fulfilling things I do.
