Now you need to figure out how to gain access, build a team, create a budget, plan your shoot, manage releases, prepare for post-production, and keep the entire project moving without unlimited resources. This package helps you translate your creative vision into an executable production roadmap. Drawing from my experience producing an independent feature documentary from early development through fundraising, production, post-production, and festivals, I’ll help you anticipate the logistical realities of making your film—and build a plan designed around the resources you actually have. You do not need a production company or a massive budget to get started. You need to know what the film requires, what to prioritize, and what to do next. Outcome: A realistic plan for getting your documentary out of your head and into production.
