About Sharvari

Hello, I'm Shar! I'm a BCG alum and medical doctor currently working in a Life Science startup. I have benefited a lot from my 3+ years at BCG, and I'm keen to help you get there too! I specialise in supporting Advanced Degree applicants (medics or PhDs) with consulting applications to MBB and beyond. This includes application strategy, CV review, case interview practice and fit/personal experience interview prep. My coaching style is supportive, yet always practical/actionable. We will work together to ensure you are able to showcase all of your great experience and show up as a must-hire! I have been involved in recruiting throughout my time at BCG and have supported multiple advanced degree (medic and PhD) candidates with securing MBB offers. I hope we can work together!

Why do I coach?

Making a career pivot from academia / medicine into the corporate world was very daunting, and I didn't know many people who had done it. I was very lucky to have support from some kind strangers who are now good friends - and without their guidance, I don't think I would have been able to make it into BCG. This experience has been so transformational for me, I would love to help others go through this and achieve their goals. I also don't come from a target school for MBB, so being able to share this information is really important to me.
