I've been lucky to have some incredible mentors throughout my professional journey (during both the consulting and MBA processes) who challenged me, shared honest feedback, and shared honest feedback, and helped me make some big career decisions. At the same time, I went through MBA applications and consulting recruiting without a coach, and there were so many moments where I wished I had someone to bounce ideas off of or sense-check my approach. Looking back, coaching is everything I wish I'd had during those processes - this is a big reason why I love doing it now. I enjoy helping people think through their goals, tell their story with confidence, and navigate what can be a pretty overwhelming process. If I can make someone's journey a little easier and share some of the lessons I learned along the way, that's a huge win for me.
