Description
4-5 hours of coaching: 1. Session 1 (45mins - 1 hour): Learning about PEI. What is it? What makes it so unique? What are general pitfalls and opportunities to shine? *This session should fall earlier in your preparation stage as you work through identifying and shaping your stories. 2-4: Sessions 2-4 (45mins - 1 hour): PEI in depth. We will go through a PEI-style discussion in each of these sessions. You will see how they flow back and forth, and receive tactical as well as structural feedback to improve your overall PEI approach. Where relevant, we can work on story identification / re-shaping too. 5. Session 5 and beyond (30 - 45mins — IF NEEDED). Sessions available as needed to support your preparation. These can be mock interviews, discussing new stories (as you have more experiences), or anything that you need. This time is yours to use if you need it! ** This 5th session is free - I’m here to be an extra resource as we approach the end of your interview preparations if you need!
