About Rujuta
I started my career in Tech as a consultant and had no idea what I wanted to do as I navigated through different roles at fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, Costco, Ticketmaster and Disney. What I did know was though, that I was good at managing strategy, objectives, timelines and stakeholders on a large scale and that's how I made the career pivot from consultant to Technical PM. What I also learned during the process was that people who grow in their careers work smart, are intentional about and aren't afraid to seek help and support when needed. I work best with early-mid career professionals who want to break into Technical project/program management roles And with those Tech professionals who are already working in this capacity and want to advance their careers by being strategic about it. My journey wasn't linear. I navigated two major career pivots—first from a non-tech Business Analyst to a Management Consultant, and ultimately into high-level TPM roles delivering multimillion-dollar, end-to-end software programs, but through these transitions, I unlocked the core framework for sustainable growth: intentionality over intuition. Now, I turn that experience into actionable guidance for others. I’ve coached 20+ professionals from both FAANG and Non-FAANG backgrounds to eliminate ambiguity, gain role clarity, and advance in their careers the way it should be done, intentionally and strategically. Why do I coach?
I coach because I didn't have a mentor in my professional life for a long time and that cost me a lot. No one told me how to do networking or build genuine relationships. Running meetings, managing difficult stakeholders and being successful in a role that has no authority and yet is pivotal in influencing was really something I had to learn by trial and error. And I want to share this knowledge with as many people as I can so that they don't have to go through the same struggles like I did. I understand how challenging it can get to navigate career transition and I truly want to help people by being their partner in the process. I coach because I truly believe in the power of having right people in your corner to help you build a career you want.
