About Roya

I grew up in the Middle East then came to the US during high school and studied Business Economics and Public Policy at UCLA before starting a career in consulting. I'm passionate about empowering people from different backgrounds to advance their careers and make an impact. I have a career interest in sports and crafted my own MBA story around that path. As a coach, it's important to me to understand your story and work together on tightening and telling that story. I know the school application process requires you to be vulnerable, and I want to help you bring out your best self.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I have always raised my hand to get help from others, and it has helped me to get to each step in my life. I believe coaching is about helping someone build their confidence and I want to pay forward what all my incredible mentors at every stage have given me.
