About Raven
Hi, I’m Raven! I’m an honors graduate of UNC–Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where I was an Assured Admit and studied Business Administration, Conflict Management, and Data Science. I currently work in Consulting & Analytics at Visa and am the founder of DiversifyHER, a career and leadership platform with more than 11,000 followers. I’m also a Thurgood Marshall College Fund–Visa Scholar, Luther Hodges Scholar, Will Fellows Scholar, and member of the Order of the Golden Fleece, UNC’s oldest and highest honorary society.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how meaningful it is to have someone in your corner who believes in your potential. As an Undergraduate Learning Assistant with Honors Carolina, I helped more than 30 students strengthen their résumés, prepare for interviews, and navigate internship applications. My own journey has included earning competitive scholarships and opportunities in consulting, public policy, and leadership, and I want to help students do the same. I’m here to provide friendly, personalized support so you can recognize your strengths, confidently tell your story, and take the next step toward your goals!
