Lead Business Analyst on a multi-year firm-wide initiative at Tier 1 global Investment Bank focused on implementing a regulatory-driven target operating model and identifying bank inter-dependencies (from a service and resource perspective) to support global regulatory requirements. Responsibilities included the following: - Established a firm-wide service and resource inventory consumed for contract generation and recovery and resolution efforts by developing and implementing a front-to-back process mapping designed to capture operating and resource dependencies of +100 business lines and back-office divisions across multiple jurisdictions - Partnered with senior level business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) from each business line to to closely manage and facilitate the 9-month data collection exercise through successful completion - Directly managed the day-to-day responsibilities of 4 junior and experienced business analysts by planning and coordinating their day-to-day activities and providing effective feedback on client-facing materials - Provided the client with more effective governance over outsourced and 3rd party relationships by spearheading and managing a large-scale data integration between three complex and unstructured firm-wide assessments within Risk, Legal and Compliance
