• Designed the creative brief for the innovative, category-creating value-added product APH developed for launch in Q2 2022, determining which functional benefits/claims to emphasize to reach the target consumer. • Illustrated the company’s path to being revenue-positive by building bottom-up sales scenarios, sensitivity analyses and a revenue bridge for the 18 branded product launches planned for 2022-25. • Formulated a co-branding strategy with the distributor for APH’s newest unbranded leafy green products, including an A/B test to determine if the APH brand helps generate lift for the distributor’s products.

• Demonstrated the long-term benefit of focusing APH’s channel strategy on retail clients to generate sales proof while using direct-to-consumer to create brand recognition. Explored alterative channel strategies, conducted market research, and identified sales targets that aligned with APH’s product and vision. • Created a dashboard to evaluate market quality, ease of distribution and brand fit that was used to select the first 6 markets the company will enter with branded products. • Mapped out opportunities for innovation in tomato value-added product categories by leveraging consumer shopping data, qualitative interviews, and research on US-grown ingredients such as chickpeas and chia seeds.
