Why do I coach?

Coaching matters deeply to me because I understand how challenging it can be to navigate a career in Data Analytics, AI, and technology without the right guidance. Throughout my journey — from studying in India, moving to the USA for my Master’s degree, working across different industries, and eventually building AI and analytics solutions at Adobe — I’ve experienced firsthand how mentorship, practical learning, and the right advice can completely change someone’s career trajectory. Early in my career, I had to figure out many things on my own: transitioning between technologies, understanding business impact beyond technical skills, preparing for interviews, adapting to different work cultures, and staying relevant in a rapidly changing industry. Those experiences taught me that technical knowledge alone is not enough — professionals also need confidence, structured guidance, real-world problem-solving skills, and clarity on how to grow strategically in their careers. That’s why I enjoy coaching. I genuinely like helping people simplify complex concepts, build practical skills, and gain confidence in areas like Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, SQL, Power BI, Python, AI, and Generative AI. I focus heavily on real-world applications, career growth, storytelling with data, and helping people understand how modern AI and analytics are actually used inside large organizations. Seeing someone successfully transition into analytics, crack interviews, build impactful projects, or gain clarity in their career journey is incredibly rewarding for me. In my current role at Adobe, I deliver deep analytical insights and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) using Adobe Workfront and Campaign, helping leadership teams make faster and more informed business decisions. I work extensively with enterprise-scale analytics solutions, leveraging Python, SQL, Databricks, and Power BI to transform complex business data into actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams. I have developed early warning risk prediction solutions to proactively identify at-risk accounts and support customer retention strategies. I also created and maintained enterprise dashboards, including the Early Warning Risk Signals dashboard in Power BI, improving data accessibility and stakeholder visibility across teams. My work involves integrating multi-source enterprise datasets to enable analytics at scale, improving reporting reliability, data governance, and operational efficiency. In addition, I automated alerting systems and business workflows to reduce manual effort and accelerate operational processes. More recently, I have been building AI Agents and conversational analytics solutions using Azure AI Foundry, MCP, Databricks, Python, and RAG-based architectures. These AI-powered solutions enable stakeholders to interact with enterprise data using natural language and receive intelligent, actionable business insights in real time.
