About Pedro
Pedro Guerrero is the Founder and CEO of Aloi Tech, a Mexico-based AI company transforming fiscal compliance for large enterprises. Under his leadership, Aloi is building AI-powered platforms that automate tax compliance—helping some of Mexico’s largest corporations save millions and proactively detect compliance risks. Aloi has raised +US4.3m prior to its Series A. Before founding Aloi, Pedro spent several years in private equity at Advent International and Nexxus Capital, where he led due diligence and value creation initiatives across industries including manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Anáhuac Norte, where he was awarded DuPont’s first full academic scholarship in the university’s history. A Stanford MBA alumnus, Pedro also sits on the board of Border Crunch, a multi-unit Popeyes franchisee, where he helped raise US$1.3 million in growth capital. He frequently advises founders and early-stage teams on finding product–market fit and navigating the path to top global programs such as Stanford GSB.
Why do I coach?
I’m passionate about helping early-stage founders navigate the 0-to-1 journey — that chaotic, creative phase where ideas turn into products and products start to find their market. Having personally gone through multiple pivots before finding a problem truly worth solving and achieving product-market fit, I understand how challenging and rewarding that process can be. My background combines fundraising, team-building, and enterprise go-to-market execution. I’ve raised venture capital from top investors, built and scaled a world-class technical and operational team, and led complex pilots and co-development projects with some of the largest corporations in Latin America. I’m especially drawn to B2B founders tackling hard, unsexy problems — the ones that require marrying deep domain insight with disciplined experimentation. I enjoy helping them define clear hypotheses, design early prototypes that resonate with enterprise clients, and structure early customer conversations that convert into scalable partnerships. Whether it’s refining a pitch deck, building an initial data room, structuring a first hire plan, or navigating corporate procurement, I bring practical, battle-tested guidance rooted in real execution — from zero to one.
