Package Description:
What's included? We can walk through your existing business plan, identifying strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. Or I can walk you through my preferred business model planning tool, at various levels of deep diving. Who is this package for? Anybody between an aspiring entrepreneur with an idea or nascent product, to an early-stage startup leader who is frustrated with a lack of growth. How would we work together? It is your option to provide materials I can study in advance, but that is not necessary. We can meet and collaborate on a virtual whiteboard/Google doc. If you're not sure how to guide the discussion, I'm happy to lead you through a detailed, collaborative process of mapping your business plan and will come alongside you as your thought partner to identify ways to reduce risk and exploit profitable growth.
