About Parth

I’m a first-generation American and the first in my family to navigate many of the milestones that shape a professional career — applying to college, recruiting for competitive jobs, and ultimately earning admission to an MBA at The Wharton School. I grew up with limited financial resources and attended a non-target state school, so breaking into competitive opportunities required learning the system from the ground up. Before business school, I worked at EY-Parthenon advising companies and private equity investors on growth strategy, M&A, and operational transformation. Along the way, I had to figure out how to compete with candidates from traditional pipelines and elite institutions — something many applicants face but few are taught how to navigate. Because of that experience, I’m especially passionate about helping candidates from non-traditional backgrounds succeed in MBA admissions and consulting recruiting. I focus on helping applicants tell their story authentically, build a clear strategy for applications, and develop the structured thinking needed to succeed in consulting interviews.
