About Paola

From small-town roads to global stages, my journey has been shaped by ambition, resilience, and curiosity. With two suitcases and a big dream, I moved across continents and spent the last decade building my career at HP—turning that dream into reality through relentless work and a passion for innovation. With a Master’s in Engineering and an MBA, I have navigated the complexities of building an international career while climbing the corporate ladder at a global technology company. My experience spans multiple business functions from product, customer support to customer experiences, often starting from scratch and reinventing myself along the way—always keeping the customer at the center. Today, I lead the AI Experiences GTM team for HP’s Commercial PC business, where my team drives the company’s commercial AI value proposition and accelerates the adoption of new product categories. I’m a passionate product leader focused on making computing more human. By blending product innovation with storytelling, I help transform complex technologies into market-ready solutions that resonate with users and create measurable business impact. I also care deeply about developing people and helping teams bring bold ideas to life. Through coaching, I enjoy supporting professionals who are navigating career growth, leadership transitions, or international career paths—helping them turn ambition into action and opportunity into impact.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I’ve experienced firsthand the impact that the right guidance can have at pivotal moments in a career. Throughout my journey, mentors and coaches helped me navigate challenges, make bold decisions, and grow into leadership roles. Their support gave me clarity and confidence when it mattered most. That experience stayed with me. I’m passionate about helping people unlock their potential, gain perspective, and move forward with intention. Coaching, to me, is about creating a space where people can think bigger, overcome obstacles, and turn ambition into meaningful progress.
