About Olivia

Hi there! I'm Olivia. I currently work at Google as Product Manager. I got my MBA from Harvard Business School and went to the University of Michigan for my undergraduate degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering. While in business school, I helped launch a startup in the DEI mentoring space and did two internships with Amazon and DoorDash. I was also the co-president of LASO, the Latino Student Organization, and a member of the tech club. Prior to grad school, I spent 4 years at Intel Corporation as a systems analyst and program manager. I also worked part-time as a boxing instructor and love to snowboard!

Why do I coach?

I've benefitted immensely from coaching programs like MLT (Management Leaders for Tomorrow), Forte Foundation, and Jumpstart Advisory Network. I typically spend a few hours each month volunteering my time to chat with potential MBA applicants and give them advice and feedback on their personal story, overall preparation plan, and school selection. I believe that graduate school can open doors for many and want to do my part in making the process as accessible as possible. I also enjoy talking with individuals interested in pivoting into tech or PM, and am happy to help with resume reviews, interview & application strategy, and/or skill building.
