About Noah

I’m an HBS MBA, former Deloitte consultant, and former Head of Talent Acquisition at a publicly traded biotech company. My path to business school wasn’t typical. I studied sociology in undergrad and at one point was seriously considering PhD programs before great mentors helped me find my way to an MBA. Now, I love helping others through that same process. I’ve reviewed thousands of resumes, been published twice, and helped many friends through admissions, including several who got into HBS.

Why do I coach?

Telling your own story is hard, especially when you’re in it. That’s why I coach. HBS changed my life, and I want to help other people get that same opportunity too.
