Why do I coach?

I coach because I remember how hard it was to break into product management. Every PM job asked for, “5+ years of PM experience” which made no sense, how are you supposed to get experience if no one will give you a shot? I eventually figured out how to tell my story in a way that made hiring managers say yes, and since then I’ve worked at PayPal, Doordash, and CashApp. Now I enjoy helping others do the same: transition into a PM role, grow in their careers, and navigate the job market.
