I started recruiting from a school where no sophomore had ever received an Investment Banking summer analyst offer before. When I began recruiting, I was completely in the dark about where I should go and what I should do. Through thousands of hours of thoughtful preparation and work, I was able to gain interviews from over 10 Bulge Bracket & Elite Boutique firms and go on to be the first person in my school's history to place. I want to be able to share with students who are going through the exact same struggles the things they need to know in order to succeed in recruiting. Throughout my recruitment, I created detailed processes for networking which allowed me access to senior bankers which converted to interviews. I also learned technicals in unique ways by myself which never let me down in any interview. I am extremely passionate about sharing these processes and helping the next generation of deserving students reach their goals of working in investment banking.
