Scheduling & expiration All sessions are held online (via Leland video). The 6 coaching hours should be used within 3 months of purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing on Leland. Rescheduling & cancellations You can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are counted as used. Messaging & homework Between sessions, I’m happy to answer short clarification questions via Leland messages and to review quick edits (e.g., bullet points, phrasing). Longer document reviews or extra mock interviews may require booking additional time. No guarantees I cannot guarantee interview invitations, offers, or admissions. Hiring decisions always rest with the firms. My role is to help you understand the industry, position your story, and perform as strongly as possible in interviews. Confidentiality & professionalism I will keep your materials and personal situation confidential and will not share them without your permission. I won’t share any confidential information from my previous employers or clients; all coaching is based on publicly available information and my personal experience. Recording You’re welcome to take notes. Please ask before recording any session so we can agree on how the recording will be used and stored. Time zone & response time I work primarily in the European time zone, but I’m flexible and we’ll coordinate times that work for both of us. I typically respond to Leland messages within 24 hours on weekdays.
