About Natalie Sophia

I’m Natalie Bohn, a strategy and finance professional with experience across investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, and M&A. I graduated at the top of my class from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with degrees in Accounting and Finance and later earned my MBA from The Wharton School, where I was recognized as a Palmer Scholar (top 5% of the graduating class). I began my career at Deloitte as an Audit Senior Associate before transitioning into investment banking at Goldman Sachs within the Consumer & Retail Group. At Goldman, I advised leading consumer and retail brands on IPOs, mergers & acquisitions, strategic investments, and capital raises totaling more than $15 billion in enterprise value. My work included financial modeling, valuation, transaction execution, investor positioning, and advising executive leadership teams on complex strategic decisions. Following banking, I joined Boston Consulting Group, where I advised Fortune 500 companies on growth strategy, operational transformation, pricing strategy, and large-scale business optimization initiatives. I worked closely with senior executives across industries to solve high-impact strategic problems and drive measurable financial and operational results. Today, I focus on internal M&A and corporate strategy initiatives while also advising and assisting venture-backed and high-growth companies on strategic growth, operational scaling, market positioning, and investment-related initiatives. In addition to my professional experience, I have extensive experience coaching students and young professionals pursuing careers in investment banking, consulting, and corporate strategy. While at The Wharton School, I served as an Investment Banking Career Coach and completed formal training through Wharton Career Management. Since graduating, I have externally coached more than 500 students in successfully securing internship and full-time opportunities across investment banking, consulting, private equity, corporate strategy, and finance-related roles. My coaching experience spans resume and LinkedIn reviews, networking strategy, behavioral interview preparation, technical interview preparation, case interview prep, essay and application editing, presentation and deck-building guidance, internship readiness, and overall career strategy. I work closely with candidates to help them position their experiences effectively, improve communication and interview performance, and build the technical and professional skillsets needed to compete in highly selective recruiting processes. My coaching style is practical, candid, and highly personalized, combining firsthand experience from top-tier firms with a deep understanding of what recruiters, interviewers, and hiring teams are actually looking for throughout the recruiting process.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I genuinely enjoy helping people reach goals they once thought were out of reach. Throughout my own career, I was fortunate to have mentors and coaches who invested time in me, guided me through competitive recruiting processes, and helped shape my professional growth. Their support had a major impact on my trajectory, and coaching is my way of giving that same support back to others. I know firsthand how challenging and overwhelming recruiting for investment banking, consulting, and finance roles can feel. Breaking into these industries takes more than strong academics... it requires preparation, confidence, strategy, and knowing how to effectively position yourself. I enjoy helping candidates build those skills while gaining clarity and confidence throughout the process. One of the most rewarding parts of coaching is seeing students achieve outcomes they once thought were unattainable, whether that’s landing a top internship, receiving a full-time offer, improving interview performance, or simply gaining confidence in their abilities. Over the years, I’ve helped 500+ students successfully secure internships and full-time opportunities, and I genuinely enjoy mentoring, teaching, and helping people maximize their potential.
