Package Description:

Session One (1 HR): Preparation & Live Resume Review - We will discuss a specific plan based on where you are in the internship search process, what firms you are targeting and how to tailor each session to your needs. We will also look at your current resume and discuss things to change so that your resume is flagged by AI reviewers and that future employee are impressed. Session Two (30 MIN): Asynchronous Resume Review - You will send me a copy of your resume after our discussion and I will provide final edits and polish your resume as I see fit. Session Three (1 HR): Networking & Application - We will discuss how to send emails that people will respond to, professionalism on networking calls and how to nail the coffee chat in order to receive a referral. We will also discuss timing on when to apply for internships and how to approach recruiters/current employees when applying. Session Four (30 MIN): Asynchronous Behavioral Prep - Prior to this session you will receive my list of the 15 most commonly asked behavioral interview questions as well as some unique ways to answer them. This 30 minute session will include me looking over your written answers and giving written feedback prior to our mock interview. Session Five (1 HR): Behavioral Interview - We will stimulate a qualitative interview that is focused on behavioral stories, similar to what can be expected in a superday. The first 30 minutes will serve as the mock interview and the last 30 minutes will be feedback.
