I’m Misha Energí, MA. MSc., executive coach and facilitator. Prior to my coaching practice, I spent 20 years in advisory and consulting where I honed my ability to partner with rising leaders through career growth and transformation. Now, I bring that experience to support and partner with professionals in tech, media, brand, and creative. I take special pride in supporting those from backgrounds that are under-represented in corporate spaces - women, people of color, and LGBTQ folks.

Why do I coach?
More than a paycheck, work truly is our livelihood. It’s where we seek meaning, reach for connection, and find growth. Wherever you are in your professional journey—in transition, seeking, an executive after a promotion, or a junior chasing your first break—I know how hard and lonely this moment can be.
