10+ people coached for Career Coaching
As a certified Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC, CPCC) and former female leader in tech and management consulting, I’ve spent over 15 years helping high-performing professionals and emerging leaders navigate change, design purposeful careers, and step into authentic leadership. My coaching blends strategic clarity with emotional intelligence - a balance honed from years leading customer success and transformation initiatives across APAC. Whether you’re pivoting industries, preparing for interviews, or redefining success after burnout, I bring structure, insight, and compassion to help you move forward with confidence. My clients describe me as both “laser-focused” and “deeply grounding.” I’ve helped tech professionals land dream roles, reframe career narratives, and rediscover meaning in their work. I believe in coaching as a space for truth-telling and intelligent action - where insight meets accountability. If you’re ready to clarify your direction, elevate your impact, or realign your career with your values, I’d love to partner with you on that journey.

About Min-Lin
Before becoming a coach, I spent over 15 years building a high-achieving corporate career across tech and consulting - leading teams, driving change, and navigating the pressures of constant performance. On paper, I was “successful.” But somewhere along the way, I realized I had lost touch with what actually made me feel alive and fulfilled. That realization set me on a path of deep personal work - exploring what success really means, redefining ambition, and learning to lead from a place of clarity and wholeness rather than exhaustion and fear. Today, I bring that same curiosity and discipline to my coaching practice, helping others who are standing at their own crossroads. I know what it’s like to chase achievement and still feel something missing - and I know what it takes to rebuild from the inside out.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I’ve experienced firsthand how transformative a powerful coaching relationship can be. Coaching helped me confront my own blind spots, break through the stories that were holding me back, and create a career and life that finally felt aligned with who I am. Now, I pay that forward. I coach to help others access that same sense of clarity and freedom - to reconnect with their values, reclaim their energy, and make meaningful choices that bring both impact and peace. Every time a client has an “aha” moment that shifts how they see themselves, I’m reminded exactly why I do this work.
