I have worked across all Revenue Operations functions- Sales Ops in the form of process, policies and software tools, quota/compensation management, territory creation/management, analytics and insights, SFDC administration. I have worked at unicorn/rocket ship type startups from a few million ARR through to hitting a billion. I have hired across Rev Ops roles, and served on panels for cross-functional departments that work closely with Rev Ops. Sales Ops is great work, and nothing about is so esoteric that you need specific training to do it well. Any smart person with a motor can become an excellent Rev Ops professional. I would love to help early career folks do just that.
