Is My Strategy Enough? Build Confidence as a People Leader

I bring over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, leadership development, and organizational training, including experience as a leader of leaders, managing large-scale global programs, and designing and delivering learning and development initiatives within complex organizations. But what I bring to coaching goes beyond my background. I've been there. I've seen a lot of what leaders encounter behind the scenes, and I understand how organizations and senior leaders think. I know what leaders are often looking for from you, how your performance may be evaluated, what builds confidence in you as a leader, and what can quietly get in the way of your growth. I help you navigate those realities. That might mean figuring out how to manage an underperforming or difficult employee, having a conversation you've been avoiding, setting clearer expectations, delegating without losing accountability, or balancing the needs of your team with the expectations coming from above. It might mean advocating for yourself, your team, or work you know matters. And sometimes it means helping you recognize options you didn't realize you had. I also understand that leadership doesn't happen in a vacuum. Personal challenges, stress, organizational changes, difficult relationships, or simply having too much on your plate can affect how you show up at work. You don't have to pretend those things don't exist. We can look at the whole situation, separate what you can control from what you can't, and identify practical ways forward. My approach is supportive, calm, and practical, but I will also challenge you when it will help you grow. I'm not here to give you generic leadership theory. We'll talk about what's actually happening, what may be happening behind the scenes, what your options are, and what I would be thinking about if I were sitting on the other side of the table. My experience includes HR, recruiting, leadership, and leading large-scale programs at companies including Coca-Cola and Amazon. I've worked in environments where expectations are high, priorities change quickly, performance matters, and leaders are expected to make difficult decisions with incomplete information. Whether you're stepping into leadership for the first time or you've been leading for years and have encountered a situation you're not sure how to handle, my goal is for you to leave our work with greater clarity, confidence, and a practical plan for what to do next.
