I’m a Senior Product Designer with 8+ years of experience building and scaling products used by millions. I currently design at Leland and have previously worked across companies like Facebook, Netflix, Square, and high-growth startups from 0→1 through scale. I specialize in end-to-end product design—strategy, UX, systems, and execution—and I coach designers and product professionals on breaking into top-tier tech roles, strengthening portfolios, and making sharper career decisions.
Why do I coach?
I coach because the biggest accelerators in my own career weren’t jobs, they were great mentors who helped me see the right problems sooner and avoid costly mistakes. Having experienced guidance early on would have compressed years of trial and error. I’ve worked across top tech companies and high-growth startups, and I’ve seen how small shifts in thinking, craft, and positioning can completely change someone’s trajectory. Coaching is how I pass that leverage forward, helping people move faster, make better decisions, and build careers with intention.
